Opposition Senator Dr Douglas De Couto has been appointed Shadow Finance Minister by Opposition Leader Jarion Richardson.
Dr De Couto is also the Shadow Minister for Economic Development and Spokesperson for Tourism, Transportation, Works & Engineering and Legal Affairs.
