“This year’s Throne Speech comes at a crucial time for us in Bermuda. In 2023, we fully expected to be ‘back to normal’ following the global pandemic. Instead, we find ourselves navigating new and potentially even more fundamental challenges to our way of life. Climate change, the global corporate tax, artificial intelligence, global conflicts are all going to fundamentally change the way we live. We can be sure that Bermuda will be forever changed in this generation.”
