Attending the 40th Sports award dinner on Saturday night was an amazing opportunity to celebrate the many accomplishments that Bermuda has in Sports. It has been a couple of years since the awards night has happened and even though the effects of Covid on sports is still evident it was great to reward our athletes for their perseverance through tough times.
Our athletes continue to make us proud and set the example of what we can be as a country with hard work and dedication.
Congratulations to all the winners and to everyone that is involved in sports. Everyday that we work with young people to guide them in a positive direction is a step forward for our country.
The community present at the event of parents, coaches officials and athletes is the example that we need to continue to highlight.
